Default Iemca geius 120 keypad problem

I have an Iemca Genius 120 with a bad keypad. The bottom 3 buttons do not work. Does anyone have expirience with this? Or maybe you have a solution. I tried e-mailing the manufacturer of the control unit but they are in Italy and have not gotten back to me. I've also tried contact cleaner.
The worst part about this, is that the Enter button is one of the 3 buttons. I can't do anything without an enter button.
