DNC software for Windows Mobile 5

Hi,
i was thinking to use an old palm to transfer the programs to CNC machines with only the parallel port. At the moment I am using an old laptop but the battery is dying and one of the screen inges is broken.

Does anyone know if there is a simple serial transfer software available for free and for Win Mobile 5.
