Cicinnatti milacron - acramatic 2100 alarm-apc rack 0

Frinds,

we are new to this machine. We could able to switch on the controller,do referencing everything fine.

But frequently we are getting the alarm apc check rack-0 for overload.but in the machine there are racks from 1-6.

We do not have the electrial drg.

How to proceed.
