cincinnati milacron acramatic 2100

Hi, I have a Cincinnati Milacron with Acramatic 2100 control.
hard disk was damaged.I copied a hard disk from another control with windows NT3.51(my hard was NT3.50). now it works correctly but apears som alarms on monitor(your system is upgraded ...). How can i fix this problem.Thank you very much.
