What data are you trying to get out when in the IPL mode? The only things that need to be backed up on the 10t series control would be the parameters, programs which can be done outside of the IPL mode via RS232 and then the PMC data, timers, counters, keeprelays etc. These have to be written down as they will not punch out of the control.

Guhl??? Same name at the zone??

Hey Ghul good to see you. I haven’t talked to you in awhile.

I think you are going to have problem. IIRC the DUMP MEMORY on the IPL screen is for clearing the memory in the control. It is not going to act like a “Punch” option via RS232.

Your best bet is to set all of the options back to the original to get the CNC to boot properly and then record all of your PMC data. These have to be written down because they cannot be sent out via RS232. I have attached a blank PMC data form that you can use.

thanks, Stevo
BTW, what is data table? content for subprograms in Fanuc ladder? I mean, for instance, subprogram which compares content of F register with BCD number, so that determine M or T code.

Your welcome Guhl.

I am not 100% on what the data tables do but I do believe that you are pretty close to it. I believe that it compares data.
