Red face automation programm and dnc

hi all ,
Please let me know that to run my machine on dnc , is there any requirement of Macro programing,
i dont have a single programm stored , no main , no sub programm ?
do we have to write any main and sub programm , if yes then please write one for me and tell me where to place that in my machine , i also need to know what is the purpose of #3003 variable and how it is related to automation , as told exrlier in my last post my machine dont run properly in dnc mode , the data overflows and runs with the same program properly if we transfer this program in memory with rs232 ,
i specialy request petro and stevo , to help me in this

hi,
#3003 variable is use for single block switch control.
1)when the power is turn on, the value of this variable is 0.
2)when a wait for the completion of auxiliry functions (M,S,T) is not
specified program executions proceeds to next block before
completion of aux. functions.also, distribution completion signal 'den'
is not output.
3)when #3003 is used 'single block' switch is not working.
