Fanuc 180i dripfeed

What do I need to do to make this work? I also program for a Fanuc 15M and I had no problem getting the drip feed to work. The 180i controller hard drive holds our working programs so I need to drip feed from there. Do I need a DNC program loaded into the controller's PC front end to do that?
