Default Fanuc Counters

Hello, (I've a bad English)
I need to know how I can see the time's counters in these machines: Fanuc 10T, Fanuc 11M, Fanuc 0M/T and Fanuc 21T.
I need to know the "Cicle start time" and "Machine ON time", this is because I need to measure the productivity in these machines.
Could you help me? thank's. Victor

I believe for 0 and 21 press offset settings key then page down a few times. Not sure for the older ones.
