Default fanuc 6m problem

hi,
we bought a used hmc with fanuc 6m control and mitsubishi plc, could'nt get it started,we get a "not ready alarm",no specific alarm message, changed the battrey in the plc no use.

We do not get a run signal in the plc,we wanted to reset the parameters and tried to erase them as per the 6m manual , no sucess, could'nt erase the parameters, seems to be locked.

we wanted to look at the ladder diagram but is not getting displayed on the screen like 0m controllers.
Any suggestions
thanks in advance

Not ready could be indicating low EMG signal. If PLC is not running, that may be the problem with the Not Ready alarm at the Fanuc. Depends on the BMI interface connection.

thanks andy,
the NOT READY message has been replaced by LSK INC message .

all the input signals in the plc are flashing but no output signals except power supply.

Does the plc have a separate eprom apart from the ones on the fanuc6m memory board.

If the plc memory is corrupted how to reinstall or recall the memory.
thanks
