In order to be able to help you, we need you to specify the software you are using (MasterCam, BobCadCam, EdgeCam), etc; The brand and type of machine would also help in finding the right post processor.

I'm using the software Power Mill 6.0.08 to make the machining program, and the machine is a ROMI Discovery 1250, Fanuc control 21i-MB.
Currently, I use de post processor Fanuc 11, but I need to change some things in all the programs. If you can help me, I appreciate.
Thanks.

There is this Powermill post processor I found in another forum, it's supposed to work with Mach3 and some models of Fanuc, perhaps you already have it or tried it. One thing I wanted to ask you: If you already have the Fanuc 11 processor that works, but have to change things in all your part programs, why don't you edit it? (Just a tought) Most softwares allow you to edit or even create a new processor based on one that works with minor changes such as header, tool change calls, etc.

Anyway, I will keep searching, perhaps I will find you the exact one.

Yes, the software Power Mill allows me to configurate the tool calls, rotation, advance, but the problem is the header and the end of the programs. The G code is determinated by de post processor and I don't know how to change it to the desired header and end. Some people that I talked, told me that it is possible, to edit the post processor that already exist, but nobody knows how, you need have knowlege about the programming language used. I never tried. The post processor that I use today is fanuc11m.opt, and gives error if I use this one fanuc-custom1B.pmopt. I think needs to be of format in .opt.
Thanks.

You don't have to mess with software programming language or anything like that, you will only have to prepare the post for your own needs by means of adding/deleting/modifying blocks and/or characters, I still think you can make it, please follow this link from the PowerMill developer:
