Hello! Ive been operating my Strippet 1250 for nearly a year now, and Ive overcome a few problems that I desperately need some answers! 1) I have two basic punch presses: a flat horizontal type, and a type that angles upward slightly - sort of like a roof to a house. Which one is suited better for different thicknesses of steel? 2) How can I reduce this kind of, jigsaw-like pattern i get when I punch. Even when I put in a freshly sharpened punch and die, I always get this gross un-clean jigsaw pattern, although it varies in extremes. Whats up with that? Thanks! |
