cutting tapered threads

trying to cut 1 1/4" internal pipe threads on a haas TL2. the set up page
looks good but it acts like it's in the wrong quadrant. The machine is cutting
from the inside out, the taper is feeding the wrong direction and the spindle
is turning the wrong direction. Any ideas?
