Default Bridgeport TorqueCut 22

I can't get the spindle motor to shift into high gear. I have checked solenoids. It shifts low to high by hand. Tried to find loose wires. Voltage on board check 26.50 dc. Everything on machine works except will not shift through program.
Message: shot pin ran out of time. Any suggestions? Thanks

Not familiar with that partcular machine, but if you manually shift the spindle into high. Then try to automatically shift it into low does it work through the program? Also you said voltage on the board? Is that at the solenoid or go to the solenoid? Check across the solenoid two wires themselves. You could be missing a Neutral wire if you were checking the 24+ wire to a ground.

Elsie Green,

It´s an ZF gear box ??? Take out the solenoid and check if changes in automatic mode !!! The maximun voltage need be 26 VCC, no more then. If you put more, maybe you burn that. Check if when you change high to low, the motor turns a litle.
