Default Keling 4030/C10 need help

My setup consists of 3 Keling 4030 drivers, Keling stepper motors and a Keling C10 breakout board. I am using Mach 3. I have checked and re-checked my wiring but I still can't get the motors to turn. I can get them to 'pulse' if I jog a certain axis back and forth in Mach 3, but the motors wont turn all the way around. Also, the motors all 'pulse' once I plug in the power supply to the controllers, and from there, the motors just seem 'tight', that is, they wont turn by hand. Does this sound like a problem with my wiring, or a problem with Mach 3 configuration? I will be uploading a picture of the wiring as soon as I can. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Default it was a software problem

I forgot to set all motors to 'step low active'
