Question HITACHI SEIKO VK 45 spindle drive alarm

Hello,
I have Hitachi Seiko VK 45 with Seicos M2.After 'power on' on main switch there is immediately alarm AL-19 on AC Spindle drive unit Fanuc A06B-6055-H106.Set switches: MODE,DATA,UP and DOWN have no function. After power up with Stand by button on the panel, there is alarm on the screen: 5026 Spindle drive unit.Main contactor inside spindle drive unit doesn't goes on.
Before this,3V battery for the NC was weak and replaced under the voltage ,so the NC parameters and other data are safed.
Does anybody know the meaning of alarm 19 or have a list of alarms for spindle drive unit?I need a help as soon as possible.

Fanuc AL-19 states that there is excessive U phase current detection circuit
Description as follows Detects excessive U phase current detection circuit offset. This is made only when power is turned on. solution correct cause thenreset alarm. Not much help there . I would remove the leads going to the spindle motor as long as you can do this with out getting shocked to death! Make sure you do any electric work with the machine main disconnect in the off position. When you turn it back on you should have a different set of alarms but that one should not come up . If that happens then I would have a trained tech. come in and meg out the motor,it sounds like you might have problems in it.

Unhappy Re: HITACHI SEIKO VK 45 spindle drive alarm

Thank you ANGESERVICE,
I checked the spindle motor and I'm still alive. The windings have simetrical resistance and resistance of every winding to protective ground is OK.My opinion is that motor is probably OK,but alarm is still here. Are you sure about description of alarm 19, cause I saw the simmilar description of this alarm for the newer versions of Fanuc spindle drive (for example S-version of it),and this one is from ancient 1989.!

my book for fanuc 16 control also states the same

alarms (serial spindle) AL-19

Meaning: excessive U phase current detection circuit offset

Description: Detects excessive U phase current detection circuit offset. This check is made only when power is turned on.

Remedy: remove cause then reset

my book for fanuc s series ac spindle does not list an AL-19
it has AL-18 - AL-23 unless it means 18 thru 23 are the same which the AL numbers are in the same box

the explanation for this is

Meaning: Defectives CPU and peripherals

Description: Detects abnormal transmission between CPU and peripherals

Remedy: Exchange PCB
