SINUMERIK SYSTEM 3100 T

We are facing problem of hardware fault indication on coupling card , despite changing all the cards problem remains as it is . We have attempted cancel 2 operation also but it seems that cancel 2 operation is not taking place. If any one knows the cancel operation without MDI key pad pls help
