Designed for retrofit to Haas Mini and Tool-Room Series Cat-40 10 tool machining centers, this modular toolchanger carousel disk is made of machined 6061 T6 billet aluminum. This design combats the nagging problems of cracks and warping that lead to carousel failure. The effects of toolholder taper-lock in the spindle are also reduced even after a long cycle. However if the modular disk becomes damaged you only replace the effected segments.

Preassembled with roll pins, the 11-piece unit has 1 base and 10 segments.
