Default Milltronics RH-30

We have a 4 month old Milltronics RH-30 and are experiencing a "waiting for on pocket" time out error. There is no voltage to energize the solenioid that controls the tool changer arm including the pin out in the main cabinet. Mill won't change tools and E-stops when trying, but will operate with current tool in tool holder. Any insight is much appreciated.

Best,
Mike

The atc drum "On Pocket" prox is not working correctly. If it is a carousel type atc, check the switch and wiring.

No offense but contact the manufacture. If it is only that old they should be more than willing to help.

Try commanding a M20 using MDI. This will home the tool changer. If it still does not move, check the fuses.
