Default SL-1H alarm problem

Hello Guys,

owning a 1981 Mori seiki SL1H with Fanuc 6T controls the following problem occurred; after switching off the machine one day when it was working properly and later switching it on again, when powering on the cnc control only these alarm messages appeared and the control refuses to switch on:

210 + X ot
211 - X ot
220 + Z ot
221 - Z ot
600 PC

I don't have an electrical scheme and can't get rid of these alarms by means of resetting it.
Who can help in solving this problem?

Check your I/O board.

Check the + 24 VDC power supply at the power supply terminals and also at one of the switches. If its low or lost, dont forget to check for moisture in the switch connection boxes, and maybe a cover that has pinched a wire somewhere.

Hope that helps.

All the correct voltages measured on the controlpins (5V, +15V, -15V, 24V) are there on the PCB, the input/outputcard and the X/Z axis drives as well as the limit-switches. The switches do function properly when pushed in by hand.
Only the ready signal on the X/Z drives isn't showing.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this machine?

Thanks, Charles

Hello Charles:
"The switches do function properly when pushed in by hand." Does this mean that the diagnostics are changing correctly?
Check for loose connectors in your I/O board. Also, the problem could be your ROM board.
