nakamura fanuc 3t f system alarm 3

hi,
i have a nakamura tmc 3,with fanuc 3tf controller.i am facing
problem system alarm-3 d06-06 program memory;parity high,give
the solution.

Try to clear your RAM, then re-input parameters, programs, etc.
