Default Fanuc-loading from pc-card to machine

I'm trying to load/ unload form a fanuc series 16i, 18i, and 180i. I'm having trouble and I think it may be the 4gb compact flash card that I'm trying to use. Has anyone had this problem and if so what size memory card should I use? I suspect the machine isn't recognizing that size of card. Thanks

Tried that already with no sucess but thx alot for the input. I'd try a smaller memory card but non of the pc stores or big box stores sell em. They only have the larger memory cf cards.

PC cards over 2gb will often have read write errors with the fanuc controls, the type I use is p/n BNR-02-MHSR ordered through digikey.com

Yes, your suspicion is correct. I would suggest nothing over 1gig though. 2 gig can at times be hit or miss (in my endeavors) I personally use a 128MB.
